Ummendorf er en kommune i Landkreis Börde i Sachsen-Anhalt. Den tilhører Verbandsgemeinde Obere Aller, som har sit sæde i kommunen Eilsleben.
I kommunens område i Ummendorf, på den nordvestlige kant af Magdeburger Börde, ligger to kilder til Aller. Nær bydelen Gehringsdorf når den skovklædte højderyg Hohes Holz i Edelberg 209 m over havets overflade. Seehausen ligger ca. 10 km væk, den niedersachsiske by Helmstedt omkring 18 km fra Ummendorf.
