Rottweil er en Landkreis i midten af Baden-Württemberg, Tyskland. Det er en del af Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg-regionen i den regionale kommune Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald. Nabo-distrikterne er Freudenstadt, Zollernalbkreis, Tuttlingen, Schwarzwald-Baar og Ortenaukreis.
Distriktet kan spores tilbage til Oberamt Rottweil, som blev oprettet i 1806/08, da den tidligere frie kejserlige by Rottweil blev en del af Württemberg. I 1934 blev det omdøbt til Landkreis. I 1938 blev de to nabodistrikter Sulz og Oberndorf opløst, og det meste af distriktet Oberndorf og en lille del af Sulz blev tilføjet distriktet Rottweil. Under Anden Verdenskrig var en række nazistiske koncentrationslejre, samlet under navnet KZ Schörzingen-Rottweil-Zepfenhan, beliggende i området. I 1973, i en anden kommunal reform, blev flere kommuner fra distrikterne Horb, Wolfach, Hechingen og Villingendorf tilføjet.
