Prüm [ˈpʰʀʏm] er en by i Westeifel, tidligere hovedby, i dag administrationssæde for den navn-berettigede sammenslutning i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm. Prüm er en statsligt anerkendt kurby og er ifølge statslig planlægning klassificeret som et mellemcenter.
Byen Prüm ligger ved floden Prüm ved foden af Schneifel-bjerge mellem Ardennerne og Eifel i en højde på 420 til 560 m over NHN. Byen er opkaldt efter den største af de devonske kalkbassiner i Eifel, det 240 km2 store Prümer kalkbassin.
