Radioteleskopet Effelsberg ligger nær Effelsberg, en bydel i Bad Münstereifel i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Teleskopet blev bygget mellem 1968 og 1971 og blev taget i brug i august 1972. Det drives af Max-Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie i Bonn. Det var efterfølgeren til det mindre Stockert Radioteleskop fra 1956.
