Denne kirke er ligeledes et mesterværk af J.C. Schlaun og blev bygget mellem 1745 og 1753. Den tilhørte klosteret for de 'Barmherzige Brüder', som fyrstebiskop Clemens August lod bygge. Den runde centralbygning med spidstag, lantern og et fantastisk interiør er ifølge Schlauns tegninger blevet restaureret i sin oprindelige tilstand.
