Rådhuset (tysk: Rathaus) er en historisk bygning i Köln, vestlige Tyskland, beliggende ved Hohe Straße i distriktet Innenstadt, placeret mellem de to pladser Rathausplatz og Alter Markt. Det huser en del af byens regering, herunder byrådet og kontorerne for borgmesteren. Det er Tysklands ældste rådhus med en dokumenteret historie, der spænder over cirka 900 år. Historien om dets råd i det 11. århundrede er et fremtrædende eksempel på selvopnået kommunal autonomi i middelalderlige byer.
