El Ayuntamiento (en alemán: Rathaus) es un edificio histórico en Colonia, en el oeste de Alemania, situado en la calle Hohe Straße en el distrito de Innenstadt, entre las dos plazas de Rathausplatz y Alter Markt. Alberga parte del gobierno de la ciudad, incluyendo el consejo de la ciudad y las oficinas del Lord Mayor. Es el ayuntamiento más antiguo de Alemania con una historia documentada que abarca unos 900 años. La historia de su consejo durante el siglo XI es un ejemplo destacado de la autonomía municipal obtenida por las ciudades medievales.
