Rade b. Hohenwestedt er en kommune. Den ligger i Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde i Schleswig-Holstein. Rade tilhører sognene Hohenwestedt.
Rade ligger cirka 19 kilometer vest for Neumünster og 32 kilometer syd for Rendsburg i øst for naturområdet Heide-Itzehoer Geest mellem Nindorfer højderne og Buckener Au. Gennem kommunen flyder Mühlenbach. Kommunen er en del af naturparken Aukrug og præget af sandede skov- og agerarealer. Kommunens område består hovedsageligt af fugtige til mosede enge.
