Villa Baare er en erhvervsvilla på Reiterweg 13 i Wattenscheider bydel Höntrop i Bochum. Den tilstødende Höntroper Straße hed derfor indtil kommunalreformen i dette vejafsnit „Baarestraße“. Villaen blev bygget i 1888 af Bochumer Verein für Gußstahlfabrikation til deres generaldirektør Louis Baare i umiddelbar nærhed af minerne Vereinigte Maria Anna Steinbank. Baare fik den udvidet med en driftsbygning, og hans søn Fritz Baare tilføjede i 1904 et tårn og tilbygninger. Enke efter Fritz Baare boede her indtil 1945, derefter fungerede det som britisk officerens kasino, og senere blev huset et børnesanatorium. I 1974 solgte virksomheden villaen til byen Wattenscheid. I dag driver en forening her en Waldorf-børnehave.
