Kaiserthermerne er de monumentale rester af en omfattende planlagt senantikkens romersk badeanlæg og senere rytterkaserne, som er bevaret i centrum af den rheinland-pfälziske by Trier. Bygningen med sine delvis stadig 19 meter høje mure tilhører de største romerske termer nord for Alperne og har siden 1986 været en del af UNESCOs verdensarv i Trier. Som kulturhistorisk mindesmærke har bygningen været beskyttet siden 1989 og anses for kulturarv i henhold til Haag-konventionen. På trods af deres tilsigtede størrelser ville de aldrig færdiggjorte Kaiserthermerne ikke have været de største badebygninger i Trier, da de blev overgået af de væsentligt ældre Barbaratermer. I dag er området for termalne som Arkæologisk Park. Andre termalne i Trier var termalne ved Viehmarkt.
