Bishorst er en landsby, der sank under en voldsom stormflod i Elben i det 18. århundrede, beliggende i den nuværende Kreis Pinneberg i Schleswig-Holstein.
Der har formentligt eksisteret en kirke i Bishorst siden det 9. århundrede. Senere udviklede landsbyen sig til sogn og det åndelige centrum for Haseldorfer Marsch. Omkring 1125 fik missionsapostlen Vicelin Bishorst som gave. Navnet nævnes dog første gang skriftligt i 1142 i gavebrevet fra ærkebiskop Adalbero af Bremen til Vicelin. Da vendere hærgede Holsten i det 12. århundrede, trak Vicelin og hans medarbejdere sig tilbage til den beskyttede missionslandsby. Senere blev kirken inkorporeret i klosteret Bordesholm.
