Henriette-Davidis-Museet blev åbnet i 1994 i Wetter-Wengern og præsenterer livet og værket af Henriette Davidis. Den mest berømte tyske kogebogsforfatter blev født i 1801 i Wengern.
Siden 2004 er museet beliggende i Mühlchen, et bindingsværkshus fra 1801. Bygningen ligger direkte ved Elbschebach nær Wengern landsbykirke i byens centrum. Det er registreret som bevaringsværdigt monument nr. 80 i den fredede bygningliste for Wetter.
