Grauklostret er et tidligere fransiskanerkloster i Schleswig. Det er opkaldt efter den grå farve på fransiskanerhabitten. Efter ophævelsen af klosteret i 1528/29 blev konventbygningerne omdannet til et fattighus, kirken gik over til byens ejendom og blev ombygget til et rådhus. På deres fundamenter blev det nuværende klassicistiske rådhus opført i 1794/95. Dele af de middelalderlige klosterbygninger er stadig bevarede i dag og har været brugt af byadministrationen siden 1980'erne.
