Biblioteket i Witten er byens bibliotek i Witten. Det har et centralbibliotek og fire bydelbiblioteker i byområdet.
Som det første offentlige bibliotek i det nuværende byområde Witten blev den såkaldte folkesbibliotek grundlagt i Annen i 1882. I 1911 blev bybiblioteket etableret i det nybyggede Märkisches Museum fra 1909–1911. De oprindelige 4588 bind stammer fra Witten Uddannelsesforening. Ved sammenlægningen af Annen, Rüdinghausen, Stockum og Bommern i 1929 kom de første filialer til. På grund af utdaterede og slidte bogsamlinger blev filialerne i Bommern, Rüdinghausen og Schnee dog hurtigt lukket igen. Kun filialerne i Annen og Stockum forblev.
