Slottet Wittringen, også kaldet Haus Wittringen, er et vandslot i den nordrhein-westfalske by Gladbeck på den sydvestlige kant af fritidsområdet Wittringen. Dets rødder går tilbage til det 13. århundrede.
Den tidligere landtagsdygtige riddergård i Vest Recklinghausen har gennem sin historie haft mange forskellige ejere, herunder familierne von Brabeck, von Oeffte og von Vittinghoff-Schell. I dag er anlægget i kommunalt eje og huser et museum samt en restaurant. Siden 1984 har det været beskyttet som fredet.
