Romer- og Bajuwarer-museet Burg Kipfenberg er et arkæologisk, folkemindesamfunds- og lokalhistorisk museum i markedet Kipfenberg i den oberbayeriske Landkreis Eichstätt. Det ligger i en tidligere erhvervsbygning ved Burg Kipfenberg.
Fokus for museet ligger på fremstillingen af romertiden i provinsen Raetia, opbygningen og faldet af Limes, folkevandringstiden og tiden for de første bajuwarer i regionen Altmühltal. Museet blev grundlagt i 1999 af foreningen af venner og støttespillere af Romer- og Bajuwarer-museet Burg Kipfenberg e.V. og blev drevet indtil 2017. Det er et partnermuseum til den arkæologiske statsamling i München. Siden april 2018 har markedskommunen Kipfenberg overtaget det fulde personelle og organisatoriske ansvar for museet. Siden juli 2006 er her også indrettet et regionalt infopunkt Limes.
