Slot Neidstein er et slot fra det 16. århundrede i kommuneområdet Etzelwang i Amberg-Sulzbach distriktet i den bayerske Oberpfalz.
Borgen eller senere slot Neidstein var sæde for en hofmark i landret kontoret Sulzbach i hertugdømmet Sulzbach. I 1790 omfattede det gårde i byerne Albersdorf, Erkelsdorf, Ernhüll, Etzelwang, Fichtenhof, Lehendorf, Neidstein, Penzenhof, Schnellersdorf og Tabernackel.
