Bahnhof Jena Paradies ligger i byen Jena i Thüringen ved jernbanelinjen Großheringen–Saalfeld. Jena Paradies var fra 2002 til 2017 den eneste fjerntrafikhalt i Jena og betjenes af Intercity- samt Intercity-Express-tog. Den er opkaldt efter den nærliggende park af samme navn ved den østlige bred af Saale. Driftsmæssigt har den i flere årtier været en standplads efter nedrivningen af alle sporveje.
Jena Paradies ligger i den sydlige del af Jena centrum på et smalt stræk mellem byringen mod vest og Saale mod øst. Foran stationen findes der to sporvognsstandpladser samt den lokale busstation, så der er forbindelse til adskillige linjer i den kollektive trafik.
