Kleine Feldhofer Grotte var en karsk kalkstenshule og et paleoantropologisk sted i Neanderdalen i det vestlige Tyskland. I august 1856 blev Neandertal-typeprøven gravet op fra hulen. Minearbejdere opdagede en kraniekappe og et antal skeletknogler, der blev mærket Neandertal. Knoglerne tilhører mindst tre forskellige individer.
Hulen var beliggende i en kalkstenskløft med indre mål på 3 m i bredde, 5 m i længde og 3 m i højde, samt en 1 m åbning 20 m over dalbunden i den sydlige væg, som var 50 m høj. Hulen fik sit navn fra den nærliggende store gård Feldhof.
