Die Kleine Feldhofer Grotte war eine karstige Kalksteinhöhle und ein paläoanthropologischer Standort im Neandertal in Westdeutschland. Im August 1856 wurde das Typus-Muster des Neandertalers aus der Höhle geborgen. Bergleute fanden einen Schädeldeckel und eine Reihe von Skelettknochen, die als Neandertaler klassifiziert wurden. Die Knochen gehören zu mindestens drei verschiedenen Individuen.
Die Höhle befand sich in einer Kalksteinschlucht mit Innenmaßen von 3 m in der Breite, 5 m in der Länge und 3 m in der Höhe sowie einer 1 m großen Öffnung 20 m über dem Talboden in der Südwand, die 50 m hoch war. Die Höhle erhielt ihren Namen von dem nahegelegenen großen Bauernhof Feldhof.
