FC Gütersloh er en fodboldklub i Gütersloh med 695 medlemmer. Klubbens grundlæggelse fandt sted den 23. februar 2000 under navnet FC Gütersloh 2000 som efterfølger til den tidligere 2. ligaklub FC Gütersloh. Den 13. juni 2017 blev tallet fjernet fra klubbens navn. Førsteholdet har spillet i den femte divisions Oberliga Westfalen siden 2012, hvor de fører den evige tabel. Hjemmekampene spilles i det nuværende Heidewaldstadion, der har plads til 8.400 tilskuere. Klubbens farver er grøn-hvid-blå.
