Speyer-katedralen er en katedral i byen Speyer i Tyskland. Katedralen er den største romanske kirke i verden. Sammen med katedralerne i Mainz og Worms udgør den en del af de tre romanske kejserkatedraler langs Rhinen. Pave Pius XI hævede kirken til basilika i 1925. Katedralen har været på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste siden 1981.
