Waldstadion, der siden 1. juli 2020 officielt kaldes Deutsche Bank Park på grund af navnesponsorering, er et fodboldstadion i Frankfurt am Main. Det ligger i byskoven i bydelen Sachsenhausen-Syd. Stadionet, der blev åbnet i 1925 og siden da er blevet moderniseret flere gange, blev bygget som et rent fodboldstadion uden atletikanlæg i forbindelse med verdensmesterskabet i fodbold 2006 fra 2002 til 2005 og blev indviet den 15. juni 2005 med åbningskampen i FIFA Confederations Cup, Tyskland mod Australien. Med en kapacitet på 51.500 tilskuere er det et af de ti største fodboldstadioner i Tyskland.
