Sædet for Den Europæiske Centralbank ligger i Ostend i Frankfurt am Main. Den Europæiske Centralbank flyttede ind i bygningskomplekset i slutningen af 2014. Det består af tre elementer: den tidligere grossistmarkedshal fra 1928, et nordtårn på 185 meter og et sødtårn på 165 meter, som sammen med en antenne på nordtårnet når en samlet højde på 201 meter og samtidig kaldes „Skytower“, samt en indgangsbygning, der forbinder hallen og tårnene. Arkitekten er Wolf D. Prix fra Coop Himmelbau.
