Kloster Germerode er et tidligere præmonstratenser-kloster for sangerinder i bydelen Germerode i kommunen Meißner i Werra-Meißner-kredsen i Nordhessen ved foden af Hohen Meißner, 13 km fra Eschwege. Med sin romanske klosterkirke fra det 12. århundrede, som følger modellen fra klosterkirken Lippoldsberg, betragtes det som et væsentligt eksempel på senromansk ordensarkitektur i nærområdet.
Som huskloster for greverne af Bilstein blev kloster Germerode grundlagt i 1144/45 af greve Rugger II. af Bilstein som et reguleret dobbeltkloster for kanikker og sangerinder fra den lavere adel og overdraget til den nyetablerede præmonstratenserorden. Kirken blev bygget 1150–1170 under grev Otto I. af Bilsteins styre. Dobbeltklosteret eksisterede i cirka 100 år; derefter blev Germerode videreført som et rent nonnekloster.
