Altendorfer Bjerg er en 270,8 m o. NHN høj forhøjning og samtidig den sydlige afslutning af højderyggen Hube, som tilhører Leinebergland i Weser-Leine-Bergland. Den ligger nær Einbeck i den niedersächsische Landkreis Northeim.
Dens navn henviser til den forladte landsby Altendorf, efter hvilken parcellen er opkaldt. Lidt nord for forhøjningen står udsigtstårnet Kaiser-Friedrich-Turm. På den lå der i det 20. århundrede indtil 1980'erne en 124,5 ha stor, sjældent anvendt øvelsesplads for Bundeswehr.
