Wallfahrtskirche Birnau er en barokkirke viet til Maria, beliggende ved den nordlige bred af Bodensøen, mellem byerne Nußdorf og Uhldingen-Mühlhofen i Baden-Württemberg. Kirken ligger i Birnau ved den vestlige rute af den Oberschwäbische Barockstraße lige ved B 31. Den blev bygget fra 1746 til 1749 af den Vorarlbergiske bygmester Peter Thumb for den kejserlige kloster Salem. Kirken har en rig barok indretning med fresker af Gottfried Bernhard Göz samt stukarbejder, altarer og skulpturer af Joseph Anton Feuchtmayer, hvor den mest kendte er Honigschlecker, en putto med bistade. Den til kirken tilknyttede klosterbygning med det markante klokketårn huser i dag et priorat af cistercienserklosteret Wettingen-Mehrerau.
Siden 1946 har den også været sognkirke for byerne Deisendorf og Nußdorf.
