Bispedømmet Fulda er en romersk-katolsk bispegdøm i nord og øst for Hessen og, i mindre dele, i vest for Thüringen og i nordvest for Bayern. Det er et suffraganbispedømme under ærkebispedømmet Paderborn. Biskopssædet er domkirken i Fulda.
Bispedømmet Fulda går tilbage til klostergrundlæggelsen af den hellige Bonifatius i år 744 ved Fulda i området af Karlmanns gave. Bonifatius udnævnte sin elev Sturmius til den første abbed af klosteret Fulda.
