St. Marien-Domen er katedralen for det romersk-katolske ærkebispedømme Hamburg. Den neo-romanske bygning, der blev færdiggjort i 1893, ligger i Hamburgs bydel St. Georg på det i januar 2013 navngivne plads Am Mariendom, tidligere Danziger Straße. I anledning af genoprettelsen af ærkebispedømmet Hamburg efter 1100 år den 7. januar 1995 blev St. Marien indviet som katedral. I 2009 blev domkirken optaget på mindelisten over Hamburg-Mitte.
Den St. Marien-Dom, der blev opført indtil 1893, er efterfølgeren til det Hamburger Mariendom, der blev opført i gamle bydel indtil 1248. Denne var indtil indførelsen af reformationen i 1529 konkathedral for bispedømmet Bremen og blev endelig revet ned mellem 1804 og 1807.
