Teltow Station ligger i den lige så navngivne by ved Anhalter Bahn syd for Berlin og blev indviet i 1901. Siden da er stationen blevet grundlæggende ombygget flere gange. Stationen betjente regional- og godstrafik og var fra 1950 til 1961 endestation for en strækning af S-Bahn Berlin. Med opførelsen af muren i 1961 blev den direkte forbindelse til Berlin afbrudt og blev først genåbnet i 2006.
Teltow Station må ikke forveksles med Teltow Stadt Station, der blev indviet i 2005, som ligger knap to kilometer nordvestligt, nær byens centrum i slutningen af en stiklinje fra Berlin S-Bahn.
