Jagtpavillonen i Eutin's bydel Sielbeck kaldes nogle gange også Sielbeck jagtslot. Den barokke bygning fra 1776 ligger på det højeste punkt mellem Keller- og Ukleisee i den Holstenske Schweiz.
Den lille jagtpavillon blev bestilt af Friedrich August I., biskop af Lübeck og hertug af Oldenburg, til sin hustru Ulrica Friederike. Designet stammer fra Eutin's hoffbygmester Georg Greggenhofer, som også stod for byggeledelsen.
