Holpertal er en cirka 1,2 km lang kløft i Pfälzerwald. Den ligger i kommunen Ramberg i den rhindland-pfalske kommune Südliche Weinstraße og tilhører naturmæssigt Dahner Felsenland.
Den for sådanne dale typiske v-formede tværsnit blev skabt af vandet fra Holpertalbach, som har skåret sig dybt ind i klippesystemet af den nederste buntsandsten. Dalbunden stiger fra cirka 260 til 435 m højde, og dalskråningerne er dækket af løvskov og kastanjer. Mens der tidligere blev udvundet råmaterialer fra dalen til den traditionelle produktion af koste og børster, er skovbrug og turisme i dag i fokus.
