Kloster Drübeck er et tidligere Benediktinerinnenkloster i Ilsenburg ved den nordlige del af Harzen i Sachsen-Anhalt. Det er i dag et konferencecenter for den Evangeliske Kirke i Mellemland med et Pædagogisk-Teologisk Institut, et Stillehus, et Pastoralkolleg og et Mediecenter.
Nonnekloster Drübeck blev første gang nævnt i et dokument fra Kong Otto I. den 10. september 960 som Drubechi. Et ældre dokument fra den 26. januar 877 er blevet identificeret som en forfalskning.
