Jernbanestationen Neu-Ulm er den største jernbanestation i den bayerske storby Neu-Ulm. Derudover er der i Neu-Ulm stationen Gerlenhofen og stoppestedet Finninger Straße, som begge ligger ved Illertalbahn, samt det nedlagte stoppested Burlafingen på jernbanelinjen Augsburg–Ulm.
Den i 1853 åbnede station blev frem til 2007 flyttet som en del af projektet Neu-Ulm 21 til en åben kanalkonstruktion, der er overdækket nordøst og sydvest for perronerne.
