Het station Neu-Ulm is het grootste station van de Beierse grote gemeente Neu-Ulm. Daarnaast zijn er in Neu-Ulm het station Gerlenhofen en het haltepunt Finninger Straße, die beide aan de Illertalbahn liggen, evenals het stilgelegde haltepunt Burlafingen aan de spoorlijn Augsburg-Ulm.
Het in 1853 geopende station werd tot 2007 in het kader van het project Neu-Ulm 21 omgebouwd tot een open trogbouw, dat noordoostelijk en zuidwestelijk van de perrons is overdekt.
