Den katolske sognkirke St. Aldegundis er en fredet kirke bygning i Emmerich, en by i Kleve kommune.
Den første kirke på dette sted blev bygget omkring år 700 under skytshelgen Martin. Den havde siden 914 været knyttet til et kapitel. Skiftet af skytshelgen, hvor kirken blev indviet til hl. Aldegundis, skete med flytningen af Martin-kapitlet og opførelsen af sin egen kirke, som sognkirken var inkorporeret i indtil 1439.
