Vandretårnet Belvedere, også kaldet Drehturm Aachen og Drehturm Belvedere, er et tidligere 35 m højt vandtårn i ståluftbeton på Aachener Lousberg, der blev opført fra 1956 til 1958 efter planerne fra den daværende Aachener bygningsinspektør og arkitekt Wilhelm K. Fischer.
Den første fyldning af vandtanken fandt sted den 23. oktober 1957. I den øverste etage blev der i juli 1966 indrettet restaurantdrevningen "Alt Aachen", som senere blev drevet som "Lütticher Barockstube". Derfra er udsigtsplatformen tilgængelig. Omgangstiden for det drejbare segment, hvor gæsteområdet er monteret i den nye ottende etage, er 56 minutter.
