Plessenburg er en delkommune af Ilsenburg i Nationalpark Harz, Landkreis Harz, delstat Sachsen-Anhalt.
På Königskoll i Huysburger Häu syd for Ilsenburg lod grev Heinrich Ernst af Stolberg-Wernigerode i årene 1775–1776 bygge et magtfuldt jagthus. Dette navngav han efter sin svigersøn, prins Friedrich Erdmann af Anhalt-Köthen-Pleß, Plessenburg. Lidt længere fra jagthuset blev der i det 19. århundrede bygget et skovløberhus, som hurtigt blev et populært udflugtssted. Lige ved siden af jagthuset blev der dog i 1880 bygget en bindingsværksbygning til køkkenpersonalet, hvori der efter ekspropriationen af prinsen af Stolberg-Wernigerode efter Anden Verdenskrig fandt sted restaurantdrift, og som senere arkitektonisk blev forbundet med det gamle jagthus til et bygningskompleks, der i dag bruges som et populært udflugtssted.
