Braunschweig-Kolleg har siden 1949 som en institution i delstaten Niedersachsen været et institut for voksenuddannelse til opnåelse af den generelle adgangsgivende eksamen eller eksamen til professionshøjskole, som kollegianerne kan opnå afhængigt af forudsætningerne på to til tre og et halvt år.
Det blev grundlagt i 1949 i Braunschweig med 4 fastansatte lærere og 50 kollegianere og er den ældste skole af sin art i Tyskland. I 1959 overtog kollegiet lokalerne fra Akademiet for Ungdomsledelse fra Hitlerjugend, som blev oprettet mellem 1937 og 1939. I 1981 blev uddannelsen tilpasset gymnasiets kursusstruktur. Indtil 2001 delte det bygninger med den Tyske Mølleskole, siden da med Aftengymnasiet i Braunschweig.
