Congresshallen er en hal i Saarbrücken ved bredden af Saar. I hallen finder konferencer, messer og møder sted samt koncerter af enhver art.
Efter sammenlægningen af Saarland med Forbundsrepublikken Tyskland i 1957, afsatte regeringen et budget for hallen til minde om denne dag. Hallen blev bygget 1962–1967 efter planer fra arkitekten Dieter Oesterlen, som vandt arkitektkonkurrencen i 1959. Hallen blev opført på grunden af den tidligere Saarkohlehavn, hvor den tilstødende bypark også ligger i dag. Bygningen af hallen kostede 15,2 millioner tyske mark. Rejsegildet fandt sted i 1964 i nærværelse af Erich Mende.
Den 30. januar 1967 blev den indviet i nærvær af forbundskansler Kurt Georg Kiesinger. I samme år fortsatte den kendte karnevalsarrangement Premabüba i hallen.
Dengang blev hallen stadig skrevet med K som kongresshal.
