Stadion Niederrhein er en fodboldstadion i den nordrhein-westfalske by Oberhausen i Ruhr-området. Atletikanlægget i stadionet blev delvist ombygget i 2017 og kan ikke længere bruges. Den ovale bane er hjemmebane for fodboldklubben Rot-Weiß Oberhausen.
Anlægget ligger i den yderste sydvestlige del af bydelen Osterfeld, tæt på grænsen til de to andre bydele Alt-Oberhausen og Sterkrade, på en halvø mellem Emscher og Rhein-Herne-kanalen.
