El Estadio Niederrhein es un estadio de fútbol en la ciudad de Oberhausen en el estado de Renania del Norte-Westfalia. La instalación de atletismo del estadio fue parcialmente renovada en 2017 y ya no se puede utilizar. El óvalo es el lugar de juego del club de fútbol Rot-Weiß Oberhausen.
La instalación se encuentra en el extremo suroeste del distrito de Osterfeld, cerca de la frontera con los otros dos distritos Alt-Oberhausen y Sterkrade, en una península entre el Emscher y el canal Rhein-Herne.
