St. Maria ad gradus er en historisk romansk stiftskirke med sit eget immunitetsområde. Den lå øst for Kölnerdomen, mellem domen og Rhinen. Folkeligt blev den kaldt St. Mariengraden. I den hvilede knoglerne af den salige Richeza, dronningen af Polen og barnebarn af kejser Otto II og hans gemalinde Theophanu. Richezas knogler blev i 1817 overført til Kölnerdomen.
