Slottet Haddenhausen er et slot bygget i det 17. århundrede i stil med Weserrenaissance i bydelen Haddenhausen i byen Minden i Kreis Minden-Lübbecke. Det ligger i nordvest for den gamle bymidte.
I 1254 købte biskoppen af Minden stedet. I 1385 gav biskop Gerhard III. af Hoya fief til burgmannen på Slot Vlotho, Ludolf von Mönnichhausen, med to huder i Haddenhausen samt et antal gårde i de omkringliggende steder, som derefter blev omdannet til et herresæde i det 15. århundrede. Omkring 1460 blev godset ødelagt i en fejde mellem biskopperne af Minden og Osnabrück.
