Tenderingsøen er en sø, der er dannet ved udgravning i Wesel kommune på den nordvestlige kant af Ruhr-området. Søen har et areal på 45 ha og en maksimal dybde på 15 m. Siden 1996 har søen været klassificeret som et EG-badevandsområde.
Tenderingsøen ligger mellem Voerde, bydelen Bruckhausen i Hünxe og Dinslaken ved Niederrhein.
