Kloak-anlægget Duisburg Alte Emscher blev bygget i 1936 som et rundt bassinanlæg nær Rhinen i bydelen Hamborn i Duisburg. Det er et af fire centrale kloakanlæg i Emschergenossenschaft.
Indtil 1910 løb Emscher her ud i Rhinen. På grund af sætningsskader blev det nødvendigt at flytte flodudløbet nedstrøms. Gennem den adskilte rest, som nu hedder Alte Emscher, afvandes det tilhørende opland stadig. Ved hjælp af pumpestationerne Pumpwerk Alte Emscher og Stockum Alte Emscher ledes spildevandet til kloakanlægget Duisburg Alte Emscher. Efter rensningen pumpes det ud over dæmningen til Rhinen.
