Duisburgs bybibliotek er en offentlig bibliotek i byen Duisburg. Den administreres af Duisburgs byforvaltning. Biblioteket blev grundlagt den 1. oktober 1901 under navnet "Duisburger Bücher- und Lesehalle" og bidrager væsentligt til forbedringen af uddannelse og det kulturelle liv i byen Duisburg med sit tilbud af aktuelt mere end 580.000 medier, herunder alle filialer.
