Hildener Heide er et let kuperet, for det meste skovklædt hedeområde i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Det tilhører naturområdet Hilden-Lintorfer sandterrasser og dermed den Bergiske hede terrasse, ligger i den østlige del af Hilden og er delvist under naturbeskyttelse. Området grænser mod vest til motorvej 3, mod nord til motorvej 46 og mod øst til nabobyen Haan. Syd for området flyder Itter. Den federale vej 228 fra Hilden til Haan skærer området i øst-vest retning. Langs denne vej ligger skovsvømmehallen Hilden.
