Den Kommende Muffendorf var en bosættelse af den Tyske Orden i Muffendorf, en nutidig bydel i Bonn byområde Bad Godesberg. Det dertilhørende barokke slot eller palads, bygget midt i det 18. århundrede, står som en fredet bygning under bevaringslovgivningen.
Den tidligere Kommende Muffendorf ligger på et skrånende terræn fra vest til øst på 84 m over NHN på østsiden af Muffendorfer Hauptstraße samt på sydsiden af vejen An der Kommende. Den tilhørende park strækker sig mod syd til Benngasse og mod øst til husene ved vestkanten af Deutschherrenstraße.
