Den tidligere kornbrenneri Knappertsbusch er en bevaret fabriksbygning i Wuppertals bydel Elberfeld-West. Den blev anerkendt som bygningsværk den 18. maj 2000.
I 1834 købte landmanden Johann Heinrich Knappertsbusch den nærliggende ejendom Am Schaffstal for 5400 preussiske thaler og udvidede den med en kornbrenneri. Den senere ejer Gustav Knappertsbusch var far til dirigenten Hans Knappertsbusch.
